Do you ever start with the plan to lose weight, and then get bombarded with information?
Everyone has their way and all other other ways are stupid, right?
Everyone has an opinion and there is so much unfounded, un-researched crap out there that nobody should be going near, but they see, "Easy and Quick Weight Loss" and they get sucked in.
Now I'm not saying I know the way to lose weight and all other ways are incorrect.
I'm just saying that I'm choosing common sense. Because it's usually the way to go in most situations. Also I've found that the easy way out never ends up being the easy way. In all manners of life I've found that hard work is usually the most rewarding. As much as it sucks...so very bad.
In this case, the hard work is good old fashioned, safe, exercise and common sense dieting. Meaning no crap foods and junk, replace it with healthy choices. No short cuts, no pills. Also watching portions. I may be eating protein nutrient meals, but if its the size of my head, my thinking is that's going backwards.
So what I'm saying is...I spent two hours at the gym today. I'm covered in sweat. I will be so sore tomorrow and I know I'll walk like an old lady. But I feel fantastic and I know if I keep it up - eventually - EVENTUALLY I WILL SEE RESULTS.
Now I'm off to rid the pantry of snack foods that will ruin me!!
