But then this morning I decided to see what was going on...and oh dear.
The new line at Shabby Apple is called Set Sail...and the dresses and skirts are to die for! I love the vintage flair they have to them. It makes me want to find over sized sunglasses and huge floppy hats. I also now want to master the Audrey Hepburn eyeliner technique and maybe cut my bangs.
I'll resist though.
The outfit that I really want is to just duplicate everything that's going on with the photo shoot here. And yes, the boat included. A boat can be an accessory, right? (I know...only if you're independently wealthy...)

I normally don't like plaid but I LOVE this dress. I love the red sash, I love the vintage feel, I love everything about it. I'm dead serious, I would buy this and wear it with love and care. SO SO cute!!

I love this dress too. I'm even getting caught up enough in it that I'd totally buy the hat as an impulse buy too. I love the white tie too!

I love the ruffly skirting. I might even try to rock the neck tie too to keep with the vintage charm. I'm not saying I'd pull it off - but I'd try it. Sadly, I don't think I'd buy the captain's hat. But that's just me.

In keeping with the nautical feel here, these shoes would be perfect. I'd wear them with all the outfits above. And a few more.

And these are so nautical it's funny. It doesn't mean I don't love them and want to purchase them immediately.

And another fun nautical top because I can't get enough. This is at Abercrombie and it's actually on sale which is shocking because that's not usually a word you come across in that store. This...I might wear the captain's hat with. But only because I'm getting really carried away with the nautical themes.
Well that's what I'm swooning over today. What are some of your finds?
Ohhhh, I also love Shabby Apple!! Such cute stuff!
